How it Works:
From the website, a website visitor clicks on a chat box. From the chat box, the website visitor asks a question. The sales agent on the other end is at his/her computer and gets the message. Answers the question posed and converts the sale or provides customer serivce. The representative then needs to meet with another client. While away from his/her computer, the system will automatically send all chat conversations to his/her cell phone. So when the next internet visitor wants to ask a question, the sales agent can respond - in real time, wherever they are. The complete chat log is recorded and made available for review at anytime.
