A buyer can now access property information on any home for sale in the market through ANY CELL PHONE. Similar to the broker's website, the buyer can simply use his/her cell phone to get information on homes for sale. The buyer simply sends a text message to Mobile Agent with a property address or MLS# or community name... and gets the details and photos back on their phone via SMS (text messaging) and WAP (Mobile Internet). Agent's also have the option of signing up their buyers to the service. Mobile Agent is completely customizable by the broker to support registration or open access.

When a buyer pulls up to a home for sale, he or she uses their cell phone to text message the property's address, street name or even neighborhood name to Mobile Agent™. Within seconds, all matching properties are returned to the client's cell phone. Additional properties can also be researched and used for comparisons. If interested in a home, the buyer can connect with the broker or agent through Mobile Agent™ and close the deal. It takes the sponsoring broker's website initiative and makes it mobile.
